Taylor Wimpey is seeking a Customer Support Manager to oversee the administration of customer issues, supervise CSCs and contractors, and allocate resources for in-home work.

You will partner with the Customer Service Director to oversee data and escalate issues as needed, stepping in for the director when required.

You will model the company values, build a high-performing team, manage SLA performance, and drive continuous improvement in customer service operations.
