Make a Home at Taylor WimpeyJob summary/PurposeAs the Conveyancing Assistant you will be responsible for administrative support to the Estate Conveyancer(s), Assistant Divisional Legal Manager and Divisional Legal Manager and the ability to provide an efficient, service led and cost effective plot Conveyancing function that supports the business, particularly in relation to its key operation of plot sales (and associated part exchanges), including the provision of accurate contract documentation.You will need to maintain high standards of presentation and accurate content of all documents and correspondence issued by the Department. And assist the Estate Conveyancers in achieving the department's set performance targets for the dispatch of contracts, exchanges and completions.You will collaborate with the Business Units departments in respect of the gathering of information required to progress plot transactions.
