Job Summary

This role is required to support the Director of Customer service in the tender process, set-up and ongoing management of Management Companies and Managing Agents. The candidate will work closely with key stakeholders both internally and externally to ensure effective management of Taylor Wimpey developments.

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize work and take initiative
  • Able to demonstrate efficiency and reliability in previous roles
  • Great interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills
  • Previous experience in housebuilding and more specifically of the managing agent process
  • Face to face customer service experience
  • Ability to think ahead and mitigate potential issues
