Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the development, all aspects of presentation, and the entire purchase process.
- Act as the reference point for purchasers and all other internal and external interested parties from first contact through to completion of the house sale.
- Promote and provide for the use of company-recommended mortgage brokers and solicitors to ensure an efficient service and customer compliance with purchasing deadlines.
- Ensure all administrative and reporting requirements are met in accordance with company policies and agreed time frames.
- Conduct market research, price benchmarking, advertising, incentives, PR and other marketing events to provide a correct pipeline to fulfil sales targets.
- Proactively search for target customers, create appointments, and follow-up leads to achieve sales targets and measure customer satisfaction to the required level.
- Undertake inspections, introduce customers to their new home, ensure familiarisation and provide after-care at defined intervals following move-in date.
- Ensure health and safety of customers, colleagues and other parties on site in accordance with legal requirements and company policy.
- Follow and adhere to company procedures, standards of performance, and the business unit Sales Manual.
- The role requires regular weekend and bank holiday working.
