Role Description

This is a full-time role linked to our regional Leatherhead office. The Sales Executive would be able to travel to our Surrey & Sussex developments. The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing the sales process from start to finish, including engaging with potential customers, conducting property viewings, handling inquiries, negotiating sales prices, and finalizing contracts. The role involves maintaining strong customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Executive will also be tasked with market research, reporting, and participating in promotional events.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales experience in real estate or related fields
• Proficiency in negotiation and closing sales
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries and manage time effectively
• Computer literacy, especially with CRM software
• Knowledge of the property market and local areas
