Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager / Contracts Manager based in Wakefield. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing site teams and production schedules, coordinating with suppliers and contractors, ensuring quality control, and optimizing production processes to meet project deadlines and budget requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Experience in new housebuilding for volume developers
• Knowledge of production planning and scheduling
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Excellent knowledge of health and safety and NHBC regulations
• Experience with budget management
