Job Summary
The role of the trainer is to ensure all processes within the operations have a fit for purpose Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and are up to date. Ensuring all operational personnel are suitably trained as per the SOPs and signed off against the site training matrix.
Primary Responsibilities
- Maintain up to date training matrix and SOPs
- Ensure SOPs consider any improvements found by the Warehouse Improvement Team
- Collaborate with H&S advisers to ensure all SOPs highlight safe ways of working
- Responsible for enrolling new employees in line with TWL Onboarding plan and responsible for training them on relevant SOPs
- Provide quarterly update on training progress vs plan, highlighting any gaps
- Auditing to ensure adherence to SOPs
- Identify opportunities to improve the warehouse efficiencies through changing process and/or system functionality
