Job Summary: This role is required to support the Director of Customer Service in the tender process, set‑up and ongoing management of Management Companies and Managing Agents. The candidate will work closely with key stakeholders both internally and externally to ensure effective management of Taylor Wimpey developments.

Experience, Qualifications, Technical Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize work and take initiative
  • Able to demonstrate efficiency and reliability in previous roles
  • Great interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills
  • Previous experience in housebuilding and specifically in the managing‑agent process
  • Face‑to‑face customer service experience
  • Ability to think ahead and mitigate potential issues
