Position summary
We're looking for a passionate and proactive professional to join our Responsible Business team on a fixed-term contract.
You'll play a key role in delivering programmes and initiatives that drive inclusion, community engagement, sustainability, pro bono work and support for the arts.

- Position responsibilities
- Lead and support impactful Responsible Business initiatives across Inclusion, Sustainability, Community Engagement, Pro Bono and the Arts.
- Partner with our seven inclusion networks to drive engagement and meaningful change.
- Deliver flagship programmes including 10,000 Black Interns and Tomorrow's Talent.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Create engaging events, outreach activities and volunteering opportunities.
- Use data and insight to support reporting, measure impact and inform decision-making.
- Contribute to global Responsible Business projects and strategic priorities.
- Manage budgets, monitor progress and ensure successful programme delivery.
