- Preparing clear and detailed conflicts reports, including proposing practical and effective resolutions
- Maintaining and updating the firm’s conflicts database to ensure client and matter information is accurate, current and well documented
- Recording conflict resolutions and managing any associated waivers
- Delivering a high standard of customer service to colleagues at all levels of the firm throughout the conflicts clearance process
- Supporting the testing and review of new systems and software used by the conflicts function
- Assisting with urgent conflicts matters when required, including participating in occasional out of hours or on call cover

- A degree (or equivalent qualification) with strong academic performance

- Strong organisational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and the ability to adapt to new systems and software

- A collaborative approach, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a wider team
- A positive, proactive mindset with a genuine commitment to continuous learning and development
