We are seeking a talented Employment Associate with 2â4 years' postâqualification experience to join our Employment & Pensions team in London. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a global law firm that partners with some of the world's most innovative businesses. You will advise on complex employment law matters, handle highâprofile litigation, and support corporate transactions while collaborating with a team that values creativity, integrity, and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a full range of employment tribunal litigation, including advocacy at preliminary hearings where appropriate, and advise HR managers, inâhouse counsel, and senior executives on diverse employee relations issues.
- Draft, review, and advise on HR policies, employment contracts and directors' service agreements.
- Act for highânetâworth individuals on service agreements, team moves and termination arrangements.
- Provide UK employment law advice to international clients and coordinate crossâborder projects.
- Handle High Court proceedings relating to business protection for employers and employees.
- Deliver corporate support, often acting as the sole employment specialist on transactions.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Qualified solicitor with 2â4 years PQE in employment law and strong technical ability and excellent commercial acumen.
- Proven experience in negotiations and transaction management.
- Ability to manage client files independently and maintain high levels of client contact.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with potential or proven business development skills.
