About the Role

Taylor Stevenson is proud to be working with a well-established and continuously growing warehousing and logistics company. Due to ongoing expansion, we are seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to join their Wrexham-based site. This is a great opportunity for either an experienced Warehouse Manager or a strong Shift Manager / Senior Supervisor looking to step up into a more senior leadership role, with real responsibility and progression potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage warehouse operations, overseeing up to 3 teams across cold store environments (up to 60 staff)
  • Take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and service levels
  • Oversee all distribution, warehousing, and shipping activities
  • Maintain high standards of quality across all warehouse processes
  • Ensure full compliance with health
