Taylor Stevenson are acting as an employment business on behalf of our client based in Scunthorpe. Our client is the UK's largest poultry distributor, delivering frozen palletised goods to RDC's across the UK.
We are seeking multiple HGV Class 1 / C+E drivers on an ongoing basis throughout the year. Delivering frozen goods to multiple RDC's nationwide, full load deliveries - single trunk runs. We are seeking workers who can work temporary or full time due to the level of volumes and daily planning, the busiest days run from Wednesday-Sunday. We can also accommodate weekend workers too.
We have day shifts and tramping positions available, start times can vary from 08:00-15:00 (can suit to your preference). We can guarantee 3-6 shifts per week for candidates who can do nights out. Immediate starts available.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid CPC, Digi card and UK driving licence.
- HGV Class 1 experience (12 months minimum)
- Fridge and box trailer experience.
DUTIES:
- Carrying out full load deliveries and collections.
- Carrying out POD procedures
- Vehicle checks and following onsite H&S rules
- Good communication with transport.
PAY RATES:
- DAYS - £17:00ph
- NIGHTS - £18.00ph
- SATURDAY - £19:00ph
- SUNDAY - £21:00ph
- NIGHT OUT £25.00
