Taylor Stevenson are delighted to be supporting our new client with the recruitment of a Business Continuity Analyst for the head office in central London. This new role will be responsible for supporting the bank by ensuring resilience through a robust Business Continuity (BCM) lifecycle. Requiring excellent collaboration across this multi-faceted environment to ensure the bank's ability to identify emerging threats and to respond to incidents effectively.

Key responsibilities:

  • Business Continuity Planning, to support the business with the development, review and continual improvement of the Business Continuity Plan (BCP).
  • To assist in the governance and oversight of continuity plans for all associated parties.
  • To coordinate and support through documentation testing of the full BCP lifecycle ensuring all targets are met.
  • Provide key support through incidents ensuring all documentation and analytics are fully recorded.
  • To action and deliver remediation where anomalies are found.
  • To continually manage and monitor emerging and ongoing risk, supporting the bank's response.

This newly created Business Continuity Analyst role will require an experienced candidate who can demonstrate at least 2 years exposure in a Business Continuity or Operational Resilience role from within a financial services environment.
