Taylor Stevenson Recruitment are working exclusively on behalf of our client to recruit an experienced Property Manager to join their established team in Gainsborough.

The Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing property business and take ownership of an established portfolio of 130+ landlords. The role offers genuine scope for progression, with the portfolio expected to grow to up to 180 landlords. You’ll have the opportunity to develop your responsibilities, build strong relationships with landlords and tenants, and play an important role in the continued growth of the business.

The Role

As Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of your portfolio, ensuring landlords and tenants receive an excellent level of service. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing an established portfolio of 130+ landlords
  • Growing the portfolio towards up to 180 landlords
  • Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
  • Handling day-to-day property management queries
  • Coordinating maintenance and liaising with contractors
  • Managing tenancy issues and ensuring matters are dealt with promptly
  • Building and maintaining strong landlord and tenant relationships
  • Ensuring compliance and property management processes are followed
  • Providing excellent customer service throughout the tenancy
  • Identifying opportunities to maximise income and generate commission

About You

Previous estate agency or property management experience is desirable; however, this is not essential. Our client would also consider candidates with a strong customer service background who are looking to move into the property sector. We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Organised and able to manage a busy workload
  • Confident communicating with landlords, tenants and contractors
  • Customer-focused with a professional approach
  • Proactive and able to solve problems effectively
  • Ambitious and keen to develop their career
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Experienced in estate agency/property management or has strong customer service experience
  • A full driving licence holder – desirable
