Taylor Stevenson are proud to be working alongside a renowned family owned business in Gainsborough who are looking for an ERP Configuration Administrator to join their friendly Information Systems team. This role is on a Fixed Term Contract basis until January 2026. On offer is a competitive salary and the opportunity to join a fantastic, progressive business.
Hours: 08:30 – 17:00, Monday – Friday
You’ll be supporting the set up of product and service information within the bespoke ERP system whilst maintaining the system pricing and other product information.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting with the product set up process within the ERP system from start to finish – including interfacing with other departments to ensure all information is gathered within the product timelines
- Analysing and interpreting product specifications and repair procedures to identify all product components and tasks and their effects on information systems
- Testing all of the relevant systems for product accuracy – including product configurator, enterprise quoting and the ERP
- Supporting the set up, testing and support for the order entry software
- Providing regular updates to other departments following software updates
- Maintaining the catalogue of UPC codes and the systems that utilise them
Skills required:
- Previous experience of an ERP or technical administrator within an operational team would be beneficial
- Process driven, analytical and have a great attention to detail
- Confident in the use of Microsoft Excel
