Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Internal Sales Advisor to join their Doncaster team. This is a fast-paced, commercially focused role suited to a confident B2B sales professional who thrives on building long-term customer relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering exceptional service within a technical or trade-led environment.
The Role:
- Manage and develop a portfolio of B2B accounts across multiple industries
- Prepare detailed and accurate quotes, sales orders and purchase orders
- Identify and capitalise on upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Proactively develop existing and lapsed accounts through outbound calls, email follow-ups and structured account management
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with customers and suppliers
- Utilise CRM systems to manage pipelines and customer data effectively
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless service delivery
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity and product developments
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience within a B2B sales environment (engineering, industrial or trade distribution highly advantageous)
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to negotiate confidently
