What you’ll be doing...
- Proactively manage our talented team on site.
- Accountable for recruiting, inducting, training, and supporting colleagues to deliver an efficient, high-quality service to Elior UK, our customer and clients.
- Oversee food preparation for 220 covers per day, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
- Motivating and managing a team of 3 x General Assistant.
- Controlling and managing a budget, stocktaking and ordering.
- Accountable for ensuring ongoing team communications, including building internal and external relationships, management reporting and client liaison to enable operational excellence.
Monday - Friday | 7:00am - 2:00pm | 35 Hours Per Week | Term Time Only
