We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our growing Business Immigration team, which sits within the Corporate Commercial department. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in immigration law within a dynamic and collaborative team environment.
This role involves but is not limited to supporting the Business Immigration team with:
- Opening files and handling aspects of client onboarding, including conflict checks, AML checks and engagement letters.
- Drafting immigration application forms, organising application bundles, booking client appointments and uploading supporting documents.
- Assisting clients with UKVI account support and general queries.
- Conducting legal research and assisting with drafting advice.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date file records, ensuring all documents are properly saved, version controlled, and compliant with company policies.
- Assisting with marketing, including drafting PowerPoints and web-articles.
Paralegal, administrative or legal support experience is essential. An interest in Business Immigration law is essential. Competent with the full suite of Microsoft Office and experience with a document management system.
