Taylor Rose is the fastest growing Law Firm in the UK, and as we continue our exciting growth we are seeking Solicitors with a passion for the client journey and looking to build their careers in a collaborative and ambitious firm across our office locations. You will undertake fee earning work and provide a profitable contribution to the work within the Property department. Ensure the successful development of the firm in line with the business plan.
Locations include London, City of London, South East and Midlands. You will be a minimum of 4 years post qualified and we can offer hybrid working.
Requirements:
- Legally qualified
- Ability to use case management systems
- High standard of computer literacy
- Must be adaptable and flexible
- Must have good time management and organisational skills
- Ability to demonstrate specialist knowledge about Property Law
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
This role involves but is not limited to:
- Receiving instructions and providing legal advice to clients on purchase, sales, re-mortgage and transfer of equity matters
- ID requirements, source of funds, gift deposits and risk assessments
- Issuing contracts
- Mortgage redemptions
- Exchange of contracts
- Ordering and reporting on searches
- Checking and reporting of titles, including leases and raising associated enquiries
- Checking and reporting on mortgages and management packs
- New-build and second hand transactions
- Managing and developing relations with referrers
