- Own the enterprise delivery operating model across all strategic programmes.
- Establish consistent governance, delivery standards and reporting across all programmes and vendors.
- Own enterprise delivery tooling including Jira, Confluence and portfolio dashboards.
- Coordinate delivery across vendors, internal teams and business stakeholders.
- Chair delivery governance forums and provide executive portfolio reporting.
- Manage dependencies, delivery risks and resource conflicts.
- Track benefits realisation.
- Reduce dependency on external vendors by building internal capability.
- Support future M&A integrations through a scalable delivery model.
- Lead the Projects & Change Manager.
