Responsibilities:
- Opening post, sorting, scanning, separating original documents and distributing mail from the digital mailroom tool
- Processing outgoing post including letters and parcels, using Royal Mail PPI system, Click & Drop or couriers as appropriate
- Referencing documents against Salesforce and all legacy systems
- Dealing with colleague queries on mailroom queries
- Monitoring incoming emails
- Greeting clients and visitors, maintaining a professional approach
- Certifying ID documents
- Receiving deliveries into the office and distributing accordingly
- Providing refreshments for clients and meetings
- Covering holidays and sickness of team members
- Arranging courier/parcel deliveries and collection when required
- Training new members of the team as necessary
