You will undertake fee earning work and provide a profitable contribution to the work within the Personal Injury department. Ensure the successful development of the firm in line with the business plan.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct matters on behalf of Clients in line with their instructions.
  • Management of support services, including supervision of Trainee Solicitors.
  • Financial control with particular regard to cashflow control through collection of monies on account and billing procedures.
  • Understanding complex negligence claims and legal requirements.
  • Providing regular updates to Clients on matters.
  • Dealing with any queries raised by Clients on particular matters.
  • Submitting required documents to court prior to trial.
  • Collating medical and financial information with accurate attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • Legally qualified and able to be 'Authorised Person' to conduct Litigation.
  • Ability to demonstrate specialist knowledge about Personal Injury Law and Procedure.
  • Ability to work independently and to tight deadlines.
  • Courteous and professional in all dealings.
