We have been instructed on a Payroll Assistant/ Administrator opportunity on behalf of our client in Wilmslow.

The role will involve supporting the Payroll Manager in delivering end to end client payrolls, P45s & P60s, calculation of salaries & hourly rates, dealing with statutory payments & deductions, auto enrolment and any ad hoc queries.

The ideal candidate will have experience in an accountancy practice or payroll bureau, processing client payrolls varying in size and complexity.

Candidates from coming from industry & commerce also encouraged to apply.

The

Role:
Processing of client payrolls up to 80 payslips per payroll
Including new starters, leavers, sickness, statutory leave, national minimum wage checks etc.

Onboarding new payrolls
Dealing with client queries
Monthly pension uploads
Pension Regulator compliance actions
Compliance with GDPR regulations

You:
Minimum 2-3 years payroll experience
Up to date with current PAYE, Pension and GDPR legislation
Strong communication skills
Excellent administrative and organisational skills
