Tax specialists Taylor Rose Recruitment are working with a progressive firm in Stoke-on-Trent who due to continued growth, are seeking a Tax Manager or Senior Manager to join their team. You will be managing an impressive client portfolio with a particular focus on personal tax involving a mixture of advisory, tax planning, compliance, and ad hoc advisory project work. Excellent remuneration and benefits package, lots of flexibility, option of WFH or remotely, and a personal progression plan. Part-time also considered.
The Role:
- Managing a diverse client portfolio
- Provision of tax advisory services in areas such as Capital Gains, Property tax & Inheritance tax
- Identifying tax planning opportunities
- Managing/ supporting the successful delivery of ad hoc tax projects
- Managing WIP
- Review of tax compliance
- Mentoring junior staff
- Leading client meetings
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Business development activities
