We have just been instructed on a fantastic Payroll Manager opportunity on behalf of our client near Stockport. The ideal candidate will have experience in an accountancy practice or payroll bureau and will be proficient in providing/ managing payroll services to multiple clients varying in size and complexity. Candidates from industry & commerce are also encouraged to apply.
The role will involve managing and reviewing end to end payrolls, P45s & P60s, calculation of salaries & hourly rates, dealing with statutory payments & deductions, auto enrolment and any ad hoc queries.
Excellent remuneration & benefits package, option of WFH 2/3 days a week, lots of flexibility and part time considered.
The Role:
- Managing a portfolio of clients' payrolls that will vary in size and complexity
- Reviewing weekly, monthly and quarterly payrolls
- Starters and leaver calculations
- Maternity and paternity pay
- Dealing with auto enrolment
- Communicating with internal & external stakeholders
- Expense payments, sick pay, holiday pay
- Dealing with ad hoc client/ HMRC queries
You:
- Payroll Management experience
- Previous payroll bureau experience
- BrightPay payroll software experience beneficial
- Experience in managing multiple payrolls
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills
