Accountancy Practice specialists Taylor Rose Recruitment have been instructed on an Accounts Outsourcing Manager or Senior Manager opportunity on behalf of our client in North Somerset. Will be working with an impressive client base, reviewing monthly management reporting packs with commentary, streamlining clients’ business processes and client advisory work. Perfect for an ACCA or ACA Qualified individual with strong month-end management reporting experience gained in practice looking for the next step up in their career. Excellent remuneration and benefits package, hybrid working arrangement, flexible hours and a personal progression plan. Part time also considered.
The Role:
- Managing a portfolio of clients
- Preparation and review of management accounts on a monthly/quarterly basis
- Preparation of monthly management reporting packs
- Providing commentary and analysis
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Ensuring all client reporting and payment deadlines are met
- Review of VAT returns
- Review of monthly journals, prepayments, accruals, and depreciation
- Preparation and review of monthly financial reporting packs for review
- Identifying areas to improve existing systems processes
- Training junior staff and reviewing their work
- Develop strong relationships with clients including client visits and review meetings
You:
- ACCA or ACA Qualified
- Accountancy practice experience
- Strong financial and management reporting experience
- Excellent working knowledge of FRS102 reporting standards
- Good communication skills
