Job Description
Tax Specialists Taylor Rose Recruitment have been instructed on a Private Client Tax Assistant Manager opportunity on behalf of our client, a leading firm in Peterborough.
Perfect for a CTA qualified individual looking to progress their career with a firm who pride themselves on work/ life balance, career development, and the delivery of exceptional advisory services.
Working with an interesting client portfolio involving a mixture of advisory, compliance, tax planning, and ad hoc project work (the compliance and advisory split can be tailored to the individual).
Fantastic remuneration & benefits package, manager & company bonus, personal progression plan, private healthcare, and hybrid/ flexible working (WFH up to 3 days per week).
The Role
- Assisting in managing a diverse private client tax portfolio (HNWIs, Directors, Trusts & Estates)
- Identifying tax planning opportunities
- Review of tax compliance
- Tax planning
- Provision of advice in areas such as Capital Gains & Inheritance tax
- Managing/ supporting the successful delivery of ad hoc tax projects
- Mentoring junior staff
- Client meetings
- Building strong client relationships
