Accountancy Practice Specialists Taylor Rose Recruitment have been instructed on an Audit Associate or Senior Associate opportunity on behalf of our client in Central Leeds. Working with an impressive corporate client portfolio (Northern, UK and international), involving a mixture of audit, accounts and more client advisory work as you progress. Ideal for an ACA/ACCA part qualified individual looking for the next step up in their career with an excellent work-life balance. Our client pride themselves on a very supportive, team environment and can also assist with any study clawback fees.

Fantastic remuneration and benefits package, full study support, paid overtime, company bonus, flexi time, option of WFH 3 days a week, lots of flexibility and a personal progression plan (to Manager).

The Role:

  • Assisting/leading external audits from planning to completion
  • Audit planning
  • Performing substantive testing
  • Preparation/review of statutory accounts in line with UK GAAP and FRS102
  • Mentoring junior staff
  • Providing assistance with technical queries
  • Building strong client relationships

You:

  • ACA/ACCA Student/Part Qualified
  • Experience of assisting on external audits
  • Practice experience is essential
  • Good working knowledge of FRS102
  • UK Resident
