Accountancy Practice Specialists Taylor Rose Recruitment have just been instructed on a fantastic Accounts Portfolio Manager opportunity on behalf of a forward thinking firm of Chartered Accountants in Coventry. Perfect for an ACA/ ACCA qualified individual looking for the next step up in their career. The role will involve working with an interesting and varied portfolio of clients, including SMEs and OMBs from an array of sectors providing accounts, tax and client advisory services. Our client offers a very supportive team culture with a genuine pathway to director/shareholder for the right individual. Excellent remuneration & benefits package, paid overtime TOIL, flexible hours, option of WFH 2 days a week and a personal progression plan.
The Role:
- Preparation and review of statutory accounts under FRS102
- Corporate tax computations
- Monthly Management reporting
- Client advisory work
- Dealing with client queries
- Attending client meetings
- Assisting & mentoring junior staff
You:
- ACA/ ACCA Qualified (ideally)
- ACA/ ACCA PQ or MAAT also considered
- Good working knowledge of FRS102
- Strong communication skills
- UK Resident
