Accountancy Practice Specialists Taylor Rose Recruitment have just been instructed on a fantastic Accounts Senior opportunity on behalf of a highly reputable firm of Chartered Accountants in Bournemouth. Working with an interesting and varied portfolio of clients from an array of industry sectors, involving a mixture of accounts, client/business advisory and ad hoc project work. Ideal for a part or recently qualified individual working in practice seeking the next step in their career. Our client can financially assist with any study clawback fees if needed. Excellent remuneration & benefits package, company bonus, paid overtime TOIL, option of WFH 3 days a week, lots of flexibility and a progression plan.

The Role:

  • Managing a diverse portfolio of clients
  • Preparation/review of year end financial statements
  • Corporate tax computations
  • Management accounts preparation
  • Monthly management reporting
  • Dealing with client queries
  • Attending client meetings
  • Assisting & mentoring junior staff

You:

  • ACA / ACCA Part Qualified/Qualified
  • Practice experience is essential
  • Excellent working knowledge of FRS102
  • Knowledge of accounting software such as Sage or Xero (ideally)
  • Strong communication skills
