Accountancy Practice Specialists Taylor Rose Recruitment have just been instructed on a fantastic Accounts & Business Services Senior or Assistant Manager opportunity on behalf of our client in Glasgow. Perfect for an ACA/ ACCA PQ or recently qualified individual looking for the next step up in their career. The role will involve working with an interesting and varied portfolio of clients, including SMEs and OMBs from an array of sectors providing accounts and client advisory services. Our client offers a very supportive team culture and pride themselves on a great work-life balance. Excellent remuneration & benefits package, flexible hours, hybrid arrangement and a personal progression plan.
The Role:
- Preparation and review of statutory accounts under FRS102
- Corporate tax computations
- Monthly Management reporting
- Client advisory work
- Dealing with client queries
- Attending client meetings
- Assisting & mentoring junior staff
You:
- ACA/ ACCA Qualified
- ACA/ ACCA PQ or MAAT also considered
- Good working knowledge of FRS102
- Strong communication skills
- UK Resident
