To oversee all legal recruitment for employed positions at Taylor Rose, reporting to the Head of Legal Recruitment. Working collaboratively with the Head of Legal Recruitment, to source, interview and recruit for all legal positions within the business from entry to senior level. To work within a recruitment Service Level Expectations framework and effectively assist the Head of Legal Recruitment in the management of internal and external recruitment processes that complement the onboarding and induction process for candidates to develop, nurture and retain legal talent within Taylor Rose, in a cost-effective way.

This role will involve but is not limited to:

  • Updating and maintaining the weekly internal vacancy list
  • Updating the Company website with internal vacancies
  • Advertising vacancies to reflect roles available within the business using external websites and job boards
  • Keeping candidates informed and updated throughout the recruitment process
  • Answering queries from candidates with any required HR input/guidance and providing interview feedback
  • Monitor recruitment journey of candidates to meet internal deadlines for interview to offer
  • Assist in recruitment campaigns for specific hiring initiatives
  • Work alongside the Head of Legal Recruitment and HR team to onboard and induct candidates into Taylor Rose
  • Attending networking events and recruitment fairs to promote Taylor Rose
  • Developing a pipeline of legal candidates in line with the firm’s strategy
  • Supporting general administration for Recruitment and HR Teams within the onboarding process
  • Ensuring compliance for Right to Work/IR35 in line with legislative requirements
  • Issuing employment contracts and conducting reference and relevant employment checks within internal SLAs

Requirements:

  • 360 Recruitment experience, Legal desirable but not essential
  • CIPD/REC qualification preferred but not essential
  • Able to work as part of a team as well as independently
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisation
  • Good problem solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively within the HR Team and other operational departments across the firm
  • Ability to work to deadlines, achieve results and prioritise
  • Ability to balance commercial interests with compliance requirements
