In this role, you won't just be crunching numbers in a back office—you will be a vital strategic partner, ensuring financial compliance, optimizing multi-million-pound revenue streams, and supporting our nationwide growth.
Responsibilities include acting as a strategic partner within the Finance Team to support financial compliance and commercial performance, managing multi‑million-pound revenue streams, and contributing to the growth of the firm through effective financial workflows and client account management. You will drive reporting, optimise processes, and ensure controls are robust to support national growth.
Qualifications
- Understanding of SRA regulations and regulatory environment (preferred)
- Hold a relevant financial qualification (or be qualified by depth of experience)
- Ability to plan and prioritise, produce high quality work while handling multiple projects
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience working within a billing and credit control environment
- Resilience and ability to challenge appropriately
- Strong finance reconciliation skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages, with strong Excel skills
- Ability to work under own initiative
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
