Working Hours & Benefits
We work Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm, offering 26 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension, company events and a commitment to training and development opportunities. This position can be hybrid after a 6‑month period.
Role Overview
We are seeking a commercially driven Digital Marketing Executive to develop and scale the firm's website and core digital lead generation channels. This strategic, hands‑on role is responsible for driving measurable growth in qualified enquiries through website optimisation, search marketing and digital performance activity. You will drive the firm's digital acquisition strategy, manage external suppliers when required and be accountable for delivering ROI from digital channels.
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on lead generation.
- Proven track record of increasing website enquiries and conversion rates.
- Strong experience in SEO, PPC, CRO and digital analytics.
- Experience managing external agencies or digital suppliers.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to link marketing activity to revenue outcomes.
- Experience within a professional services environment (desirable).
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
