A leading global entertainment and technology-driven organisation is seeking an experienced Commercial Lawyer to join its international legal team on a fixed-term basis. This senior, hands-on role supports a wide range of commercial, consumer and regulatory matters across multiple international markets. It would suit a lawyer who thrives in a fast-moving, consumer-facing business and is comfortable working autonomously, managing competing priorities, and influencing senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of complex commercial agreements, including:
- SaaS and technology contracts
- Sponsorship agreements
- Venue hire and related contracts
- Production and promoter agreements
- Festival, supplier and sponsorship arrangements
- Ticketing and other consumer-facing agreements
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer (England & Wales or equivalent)
- Approximately 8-15 years' PQE
- Strong private practice training from a well-regarded law firm
- Broad commercial experience, ideally gained in-house within a consumer-facing, technology or regulated environment
- Experience advising on a wide range of commercial legal matters
- Exposure to consumer regulatory issues is beneficial but not essential
- Comfortable working autonomously and supporting senior stakeholders
- Highly organised, adaptable and solutions-focused
- Experience in fast-paced, international businesses is advantageous
- Willingness to work across time zones and travel occasionally as required
