Job Description
An elite US firm is looking to hire a mid-level to senior associate into their highly-regarded capital markets practice. The role will focus on high yield and debt capital markets transactions as well as complex financings and LBOs in close collaboration with the ECM, finance, and M&A teams. The team is comprised of English and US lawyers and works closely with the US capital markets practice.
In addition to being a US-qualified associate, the successful candidate will demonstrate solid experience advising issuers, sponsors, and banks on high yield offerings, underwritten financings, bridge to bond financings, liability management transactions, and other complex financings. Excellent academics, strong drafting and written communication skills, initiative, and a drive to take responsibility over workstreams are essential.
The firm pays full Cravath and offers a competitive benefits package.
