This corporate bank is looking to appoint a trade finance lawyer to its EMEA Legal team in London. In this role you will join a collegiate team and advise on a broad range of work including:
- Provide legal advice on corporate lending matters including syndicated and bilateral loans, security and guarantees and sustainable finance.
- Provide legal advice on trade finance products including letters of credit, guarantees, supply chain financing and receivables financing.
You will have trained and qualified at a top City law firm, have circa 4 yearsβ PQE and be looking for your first In-House role or have trained at a bank and be looking to move to a general banking role with a strong focus on trade finance.
This role will offer excellent work/life balance, can be on 5 or 4 days a week basis, hybrid working of 3 or 2 days (for 4 days/week) in the office.
