Responsibilities
- You will work across a broad range of complex, high-value, cross‑border matters, including:
- Private credit transactions
- Leveraged finance and broader banking matters
- Corporate/M&A tax issues for major global clients
- Structuring and advisory support on sophisticated investment platforms
Qualifications
- Qualified in any jurisdiction (England & Wales qualification not essential)
- Around 5 years' post‑qualification experience
- Experienced in private credit or other transaction‑focused tax work
- Currently in another law firm, or coming from a Big 4 transaction tax / deals tax team and looking to transition back into private practice
