The Role
As a Tax Associate, you will:
- Advise on tax structuring and implementation for a variety of transactions, including M&A, group restructurings, and financing projects.
- Prepare and review tax-specific documentation such as covenants, warranties, and indemnities, and contribute to due diligence processes.
- Provide expert guidance on UK and international tax issues, including cross-border transactions, double tax treaties, and compliance requirements.
- Support clients in their interactions with tax authorities, including responding to enquiries and advising on penalties and appeal processes.
- Develop solutions to address complex regulatory challenges, including tax considerations for real estate, partnerships, and corporate structures.

Candidate Requirements

- 2–5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in tax law, gained at a leading law firm or in-house.
