We’re working with a global aviation fuel business to hire a Paralegal into a small, high-performing in‑house legal team. This is a broad, hands-on role supporting the Legal Manager & Company Secretary, covering commercial contracts, company secretarial work, and compliance across an international group.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Reviewing and drafting NDAs and commercial contracts
  • Supporting KYC, compliance and policy updates
  • Managing company secretarial matters and Companies House filings
  • Preparing board minutes and corporate governance documentation
  • Liaising with stakeholders, corporate service providers and external counsel

About you:

  • Law degree and/or paralegal qualification
  • 1–2 years’ paralegal experience (law firm or in-house)
  • Confident working across contracts, compliance and corporate governance
  • Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment
  • Keen to develop long term
