Job Description
Structured Finance Lawyer (2-4 PQE) – Leading UK Law Firm.
Our client, a leading UK law firm, is looking to hire an experience Finance Lawyer into their Structured Finance practice in London. This role is suitable for those with a least 1 years of experience in Finance, with a focus on Structured Finance transactions.
In this role, you will assist the Head of Structured Finance in overseeing national and international structured finance transactions, including multi‑jurisdictional matters. Clients include UK clearing banks, European investment banks, independent and alternative financiers, as well as corporate borrowers ranging from listed entities to emerging SMEs. This position provides a distinctive opportunity to engage with highly sophisticated market participants.
