A leading global law firm is looking to hire a talented US-qualified Associate to join its highly regarded Equity Capital Markets team in London.
The Opportunity
This is an outstanding opportunity to join a top-tier ECM practice with a strong global platform, advising on some of the most high-profile and complex transactions in the market. The team is particularly well-known for its work on cross-border offerings and regularly acts for major investment banks, corporates and financial sponsors.
You will gain exposure to a broad mix of premium work, working closely with market-leading partners in a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Advising on a wide range of equity capital markets transactions, including IPOs, follow-on offerings, block trades, rights issues, convertible bonds and equity-linked products
- Acting for issuers, underwriters and sponsors on cross-border transactions
- Drafting and negotiating transaction documentation
- Undertaking due diligence and managing disclosure processes
- Liaising with clients, counsel and other stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions
Candidate Profile
- US-qualified lawyer (NY Bar preferred) with 1–5 years’ post-qualification experience
- Strong experience in equity capital markets transactions
- Excellent academic background
- Strong technical skills and commercial awareness
