The Team

- Strong focus on RMBS and CMBS transactions
- Significant experience across ABS, including auto loans and lease securitisations
- Exposure to derivatives within a securitisation framework
- Advising on both public and private deals
- Acting for a diverse client base including originators, lenders, banks and funds
