Key responsibilities will include

  • Advising on the legal and regulatory implications of AI and emerging technologies across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Supporting the development and implementation of governance frameworks, policies and controls that facilitate innovation while maintaining appropriate regulatory oversight.
  • Monitoring and interpreting legislative and regulatory developments, providing practical guidance to stakeholders on their impact.
