We are working exclusively with an international financial institution who are hiring multiple roles across their London Credit Risk team. The successful candidates will largely be responsible for assessing, reviewing, and approving credit applications within delegated authority, ensuring alignment with internal risk appetite, regulatory requirements, and best practice. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will also support team leadership, portfolio monitoring, and strategic risk-related projects.
Requirements:
- 3–10 years’ experience in second line credit risk within banking (corporate and FI exposure ideally)
- Strong knowledge of products such as trade finance, real estate finance, project finance, and asset-backed lending
- Solid understanding of IFRS9, credit risk frameworks, and financial modelling
- Experience working with international portfolios
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Confident decision-maker, able to operate under pressure
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
