A regulated financial services firm is looking for an experienced risk professional to join its Risk team.

This is a permanent position paying up to £65,000 plus excellent bonus and benefits. 3 days per week office policy (London)

This is a broad role with a strong focus on ICAAP and ILAAP, alongside stress testing, capital and liquidity monitoring, IFRS 9, and risk reporting.

Key responsibilities

  • Support and enhance ICAAP, ILAAP and stress testing processes.
  • Monitor capital, liquidity, credit and market risk exposures.
  • Support IFRS 9 and ECL reporting.
  • Produce risk MI and reporting for senior management, Risk Committees and ALCO.
  • Contribute to risk frameworks, policies and governance processes.
  • Support regulatory and prudential risk initiatives, including RRP.

Key requirements

  • Essential: Hands-on experience with ICAAP and ILAAP within a regulated financial services environment.
  • Strong understanding of prudential risk, capital and liquidity management.
  • Knowledge of PRA requirements, Basel and CRR/CRD regulations.
  • Experience of IFRS 9, risk analytics and reporting.
  • Strong Excel skills; SQL/VBA advantageous.
  • Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.
