  • Formal insolvency proceedings and contingency planning for distressed situations

A qualified lawyer (England & Wales or equivalent) with 2–5 years PQE in restructuring and insolvency is required. Excellent drafting, analytical and strategic advisory skills are necessary, as well as adaptability to work across multi-jurisdictional, complex mandates in a fast-paced environment. A collaborative approach with commercial awareness and strong client-handling ability is also important.
