You will join the firm’s top-tier restructuring & insolvency team - a practice recognised for executing some of the most sophisticated transactions across diverse markets. The group advises stakeholders across the capital structure on mandates which include:

• Domestic and cross-border restructurings using innovative tools and processes
• Liability management exercises and exchange offers
• Formal insolvency proceedings and contingency planning for distressed situations

A qualified lawyer (England & Wales or equivalent) with 2–5 years PQE in restructuring and insolvency is required. Strong understanding of restructuring frameworks, debt and capital instruments is essential, along with experience advising on financial restructuring transactions or formal insolvency situations. Excellent drafting, analytical and strategic advisory skills are necessary, as well as adaptability to work across multi-jurisdictional, complex mandates in a fast-paced environment. A collaborative approach with commercial awareness and strong client-handling ability is also important.
