About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Large Holdings Transformation Delivery Lead to drive the delivery of a high-profile transformation programme focused on large holdings and regulatory reporting capabilities. This is a strategic leadership role that will require close collaboration with stakeholders across Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Technology to deliver complex change initiatives and achieve key business objectives.

The successful candidate will lead large-scale technology and business transformation programmes, ensuring delivery is achieved on time, within budget, and in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal governance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale transformation programmes across multiple countries, teams, and technology platforms.
  • Develop and manage programme plans, including scope, timelines, resource requirements, budgets, dependencies, and milestones.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across Operations, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Technology to define strategy and drive execution.
  • Provide clear governance, reporting, and oversight to ensure successful delivery against agreed objectives.
  • Manage programme risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies, escalating concerns appropriately and driving effective resolution.
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise technology standards and strategic objectives.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams, ensuring they have the necessary resources and capabilities to deliver outcomes.
  • Drive change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, training, communication, and adoption planning.
  • Produce high-quality management information and programme reporting for senior leadership audiences.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and strong risk management.

Required Experience

  • Proven track record delivering large-scale technology transformation programmes within complex global organisations.
  • Extensive experience managing multi-faceted, multi-country, and multi-component technology initiatives.
  • Strong technology literacy with the ability to engage effectively with engineers, architects, and senior technology leaders.
  • Demonstrated expertise in risk, issue, and dependency management within large transformation programmes.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience presenting to senior executives and governance forums.
  • Strong problem-solving capability, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, remove delivery obstacles, and drive decisions at pace.
  • Experience managing programme budgets, resources, and delivery performance.

Preferred Experience

  • Exposure to Large Holdings, Equities, or regulatory reporting environments.
  • Agile delivery experience and relevant Agile certifications.
  • Experience working with workflow-driven, data-intensive systems and digital platforms.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory change programmes and associated governance requirements.
