A financial services organisation is looking to hire an experienced Part-Time Legal Counsel to support the legal, transactional, and operational needs of their growing real estate investment platform. This is a broad, hands-on role covering the full lifecycle of real estate transactions, fund structures, and corporate matters. You will work closely with senior leadership on deals, strategic initiatives, and day‑to‑day legal requirements. This role would suit an experienced lawyer seeking a flexible, part‑time in‑house role within a lean, fast‑paced environment.

Key duties will include:

  • Providing day‑to‑day legal support across corporate transactions, financing, commercial contracts, employment matters, and dispute resolution.
  • Identifying, assessing, and managing legal risks across the business.
  • Advising internal teams on legal aspects of projects and operations.
  • Instructing and managing external law firms, negotiating fee structures, and coordinating legal workstreams.
